We now live in Rexburg Idaho. Chris and Holly have been in Idaho for a month and now we are all finally together. It has been a long and stressful move with lots of trials, tribulations, and tears. It was a difficult decision for us and we miss our friends and family in Oregon. However, we are excited about our new life in Rexburg and look forward to making a life here for ourselves. Today I went to our new ward for the first time. It is very crowded and I can't be late to church anymore or else you have to hang out in the foyer. We got here on Monday Oct. 3rd in the afternoon. I have been working non-stop with unpacking, organizing, and cleaning. We had some friends come and visit from Oregon already and that was nice to visit with them and take a break from unpacking. Chris and I took the kids out for custard on Sat. night and a college kid in a red neon backed into my car in the parking lot. Seriously-already!!! One more thing I have to deal with. I know things will settle down here and become more like home for us. Right now I still feel like I'm on vacation visiting my parents-but reality hasn't sunk in yet. I look forward to enjoying the Fall season here-there are a lot of fun family things to do here. I plan on finding a couple days of work and hopefully I can find something right in Rexburg.
Thank you to all who helped with our move. We love you all and want to keep in touch with all our friends and family in Oregon and everywhere. Please keep in touch-best place to reach us is on facebook. I know that this was the right move for our family even though it is hard. Heavenly Father has a plan for all of us and I want to make sure I'm living my life the way he would want me too.
